The first single from the upcoming, fourth album “WEB MAX” by WEB WEB and MAX HERRE.
On „Akinuba / The Heart“ you’ll hear the words of Yusef Lateef, the saxophonist and flutist, who passed away in 2013. In form of a poem he talks about „The Heart“ – an inner dialog - along a repetitive Fender Jazz bass. "I was particularly impressed by his ‘musical’ lyrics. And how close his music is melting with the topics he is talking about." tells Herre. The poem ends with „The Heart is born pure.”
